Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients! To keep our stylist on schedule and ensure fairness for everyone, please review our booking policy: Deposits: We require a $25 deposit to book an appointment using a credit or debt card. The remaining balance will be collected after services are complete. Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or 24 hours to reschedule your appointment without a fee. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Running late may limit the stylist's ability to complete your desired service. There is a 15 minute grace period. Please call if you are going to be later. Service Consultations: For complex services or color changes, we recommend booking a complimentary consultation beforehand. This allows for a detailed discussion to ensure we achieve your desired results. Guest Policy: Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only the client receiving services be present for the appointment. Please note: We reserve the right to adjust appointment times or services as needed. We will communicate any changes to you as soon as possible.
